Our rates are extremely competitive, many have even said we are a bargain for the quality we provide. Looking for a lengthy stay, inquire for rates. Our villa vacation rental on the Mayan Riviera in Playa del Secreto is priced right. Because Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos have become very popular it is hard to still find good value for your dollar while maintaining a high standard. We believe our villa is the best option for you.

All rates are in US funds.

2 Bedroom Villa

Policies

50% deposit is required to hold the space. Final 50% is due 1 month prior to departure. A 50% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation. If you cancel within one month prior to departure no refund is issued unless we can re-rent the villa. In the event that we cannot re-rent the villa we allow you to choose another date without penalty within one year. A $400 security deposit will need to be sent via pay pal. It will be credited back the day you leave providing nothing is damaged.
