Final 50% is due 1 month prior to departure. A 50% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation. If you cancel within one month prior to departure no refund is issued unless we can re-rent the villa. In the event that we cannot re-rent the villa we allow you to choose another date without penalty within one year.
