Our complex sits 100 yards from the beach in Playa del Secreto. Just walk across the road and you are there. Our vacation rental villa is affectionately called Casa
Secreto. It was built in 2001 and has all the newest amenities. We found Casa Secreto on a holiday to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, fell in love with it and bought it from Karen Scott in 2006. We area short drive from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos.
Great attention to detail in the construction of the complex was painstakingly undertaken by the builders. Everywhere you look, their creative touch is evident – from the shells in the cement to the beautiful tropical landscaping. They have taken much pride in their work and it shows.
Playa del Secreto is a quiet neighborhood of exclusive homes. You are far away from the city lights, big hotels and busy highways. During the day the complex is filled with the sound of pounding surf and tropical birds. At night the crickets can be heard over the sound of the surf and the stars are magnificent. It is obvious why Playa del Secreto really is a secret!
You can go out to Puerto Morelos for dinner or you can order in from several of the local restaurants that deliver to our area. If fish or lobster is your desire, you can always go to the local fisherman’s wharf in Puerto Morelos, buy the catch of the day then come home and BBQ it. Playa del Carmen and Cancun have literally hundreds of restaurant for you to experience, and enough shops to satisfy even the most serious shopaholic!
Casa Secreto is part of Sandy’s Villas which is a small complex containing 14 units. The Canadian, American, Italian, English and Scottish owners who rent out
their villas and condos also enjoy spending time there. This gives our complex a real feeling of home, family and pride that can be felt the second you enter the gates. This feeling is what makes Casa Secreto the ideal place to unwind and relax. Many people have already discovered our secret and plan to come back year after year.
Situated just 10 minutes from Puerto Morelos, 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 25 minutes from Cancun, Playa del Secreto is the ideal spot to discover the Mayan Riviera.
